Discounts and Promotions
Why isn’t my promo code working?
Promo codes can be specific to dates, products or minimum total amount. All promotional offers, emails and sales, including the Favorites XX% off discount cannot be combined with any other offer and excludes all sale items. If you are experiencing an error with your promo code please refer to the email or website and look for the following: Expiration Date, Excluded Brands, Spend Requirement. What is a promo code and how do I get one?
Promo codes work the same way as online coupons. Tiglami account holders that sign up for a free account regularly receive emails with discounts and promotional specials. If you would like to receive Tiglami emails, please sign up for a free account and you will be added to our mailing list.
Orders and Shipping
How do I know my credit card information is protected on your site?
At Tiglami, we take your security seriously and go above and beyond to protect your information. Your credit card information is transmitted to us through a highly secure SSL connection, which cannot be intercepted. Once in our system your credit card information is encrypted, meaning no one has access to that information at any time.
If I save my credit card information in my account is it safe?
Your auto-checkout credit card information is encrypted and protected by a password for your security. To ensure your information is never stolen, your password decryption only shows a portion of your credit card information meaning that if your password is stolen your information is still safe in our system.
Where is my order?
You may check the status of your order instantly with Tiglami’s convenient My order page.
When will my backordered item ship?
To see if your backorder has shipped, please check Tiglami’s My order page. If it has not yet shipped, you may contact Customer Service.
How can I track my order?
We provide tracking information in your shipment confirmation email that is sent out once your item has been shipped. You can also view this information online in your account under “Track an Order” or on the Order Status Page
How do I make changes to my order?
You can still make changes to your order up to 30 minutes after placing it. Please visit your order History page to modify your order. After this time order is placed and managed
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Tiglami will email a Shipment Confirmation that details your order and shipment date.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped?
Delivery time will depend upon the shipping method, please see our shipping policy page for more information. Tracking is available on Tiglami’s convenient Order Status page.
If I have items on backorder can I change the order?
If your order has not shipped, you may contact Customer Service.
You may also remove products from your order by logging into your account. Once you have logged in, go to “Order History” then click the “Would you like to change this order?” link. You’ll be directed to a page that allows you to add or remove any item you wish.
What does “Out of Stock” mean?
Out of Stock means Tiglami does not currently have inventory for the item. In most cases, the item has been ordered and is on its way to our warehouse. The estimated time of arrival is often dependent on the manufacturer.
At which point do you charge my credit card for my order?
Tiglami authorizes your credit card at the time the order is placed. Your credit card is charged at the time your order actually ships.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order by logging into your account.
Once you have logged in, go to “Order History” then click the “Would you like to change this order?” link. You’ll be directed to a page that presents a summary of your order. Simply click the “cancel” link at the bottom of the page and your order will be immediately canceled. A refund is not necessary as Tiglami does not charge your credit card until your order has shipped.
Some of the items in my order are out of stock. Can I have the available items shipped now and the backordered items shipped later?

What if I gave the wrong shipping address or I’m not going to be where my automatic refill is normally shipped?
To update your shipping address please contact Customer Service and to additional cost for transportation are on your own according new place location.
I noticed an additional item was added to my cart after I checked out. What can I do if I added this to my cart on accident?
We do not add anything to your cart without your approval. Occasionally, we will offer a special promotion after you have checked out on our website. This offer will require you to select “Yes, please” or “No, thanks” before an item is added to your cart. If nothing is selected or “No, thanks” is selected, the item will not be added to your cart and you will not be charged. If you see an item on your order you accidentally added or no longer want, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so that they can update your order and refund if necessary.
How do I redeem my store credit?
On our checkout page, under “Payment Information” select “Gift Card” instead of “Credit Card” in the payment toggle. Enter your gift card number and pin and select check out. If there is a balance due you will be asked to enter your credit card information as well.
Does my store credit expire?
No, store credits never expire. But they do get forgotten… so while you’re thinking about it check out what’s new on Tiglami!
SHIPPING & RETURNS
ll orders are dispatched and shipped on the same day if you place your order before noon (except on weekends and bank holidays). You’ll be notified by e-mail and you’ll receive a tracking number to follow the delivery. In a peak season the preparation can take up to 48 h.
Italy & Thailand:
Free Delivery for any order. Delivery Lead time is from 1 to 4 working days.
Rest of Europe:
Delivery cost 9 euro. Free delivery for order over 35 Euro. Delivery Lead time is from 2 to 7 working days
North America, Australia and New Zealand:
Delivery cost 9 euro. Free delivery for order over 35 Euro. Delivery Lead time is from 3 to 10 working days.
Rest of World:
Delivery cost 9 euro. Free delivery for order over 35 Euro. Delivery Lead time is from 3 to 15 working days.

Returns accepted within 30 days.
You have received your items but the size or the shape doesn’t fit? No problem! We accept returns up to 30 days after you received your parcel.
- The returns cost will be arranged by Customer and you need to send the articles back on your own cost.
- If the product has manufacturing defects or if the articles are not the same as in your initial order you don’t pay any cost. Please get in touch with our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org in order to manage to case.
- The return is on the customer’s own risk.
- All the items need to be in the original package, with label and unused (unworn and unwashed). Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
- We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
- Upon non-compliance by the Customer of these conditions, notably of the conditions of return, Tiglami will not proceed with the refund for the Products concerned.
After we receive the return, you will get a confirmation via mail.
Within the following 15 days, we will either send you your voucher or will exchange the product. Therefore, we will use the bank account/ the PayPal account that has been used before. In case that you payed via a bank wire transfer or a cheque we will get in touch with you.

Subject of Contract
These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of Tiglami and of the Customer in regard to the products presented by Tiglami on its website www.tiglami.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). They apply exclusively between the company Tiglamy Limited and any physical human consumer visiting or making a purchase via the website itself (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).
On the Website allows the customer to order online products from the brand Tiglami (hereinafter referred to as “the Product(s)”) according to the present terms and conditions.
Any order placed via Website therefore entails the unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these conditions. When we make changes, we will post them here. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to contract with Tiglami you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
The Customer must have the legal capacity or hold parental permission allowing themselves to place an order on the Site.
The Customer is responsible for any consequences deriving from any false or inaccurate information transmitted in which the return might be unlawful.
Tiglami retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Products and Compliance
The products on sale are presented on the website of Tiglami and accompanied by a description.
Products offered by Tiglami comply with the applicable standards in the region of Sales.
Elements such as images, text, graphics and all the information and characteristics illustrating and/or accompanying the products are not contractual, which the Customer acknowledges.
As such, Tiglami does not incur any liability for error or omission of any of these items or in case of modification of said elements by suppliers and/or publishers.
All orders will be confirmed after acceptance of payment. Tiglami reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of dispute with the Customer on a previous order. Tiglami can accept orders within the limits of available stocks. It informs the Customer of the availability of products sold on the Website at the time of order confirmation. If, despite the vigilance of Tiglami, products are unavailable, Tiglami will inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The Customer may then cancel the order and refund, if applicable, the amounts already paid.T he permanent or temporary unavailability does not in any way engage the responsibility Tiglami, nor does it imply any right to compensation or damages in favor of the Client.
Products are shipped with the delivery form to the shipping address provided by the customer when ordering. The delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. The delivery times indicated on the site are target dates, corresponding to the average processing time and delivery. So that these deadlines are respected, the Customer must ensure that you have provided complete and accurate information concerning the delivery address (such as including: street number, building, stairs, access codes, names and/or interphone numbers, etc.).

Tiglami cannot be held responsible for consequences due to delayed delivery that are not of their making.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
The prices quoted on this Website are final prices, which may vary either higher or lower than the prices in stores. You acknowledge that the prices quoted on the Website at the time of ordering will be honored. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Returns of Products
Within thirty (30) days from receipt of the order, the customer may request Tiglami to return the product(s).

GOVERNING LAW – These Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the country of Hong Kong
